I believe leaving geusts would be best however that is until it comes to the point where you say something and some guest throws in some hate. if it escalates to that then it should be dealt with properly.

Dean Hardscrabble was one of the best characters in the entire franchise! It would have been so easy for them to write her as a jerk who only wants to boss students around or make the school look good at all costs, but she is genuinely interested in getting students to learn. Like Prof. Knight, Dean Hardscrabble is a reasonable authority figure. She was right in some of her assessments (like how poor Mike was not a good fit for the scaring program) but she is also willing to admit when she makes a hasty judgment. She acknowledges Mike's determination and his ability to surprise people, even if he can't scare anyone. Dean Hardscrabble was really cool. I think they did a great job in balancing her strict nature with a few moments of grace and thoughtfulness. She's a hard worker and she expects everyone to put forth a great deal of effort, even natural scarers like Sulley. In my opinion, that is what makes a good teacher or principal: someone who will challenge your perceptions, someone who will push you to do your best, someone who can give out honest criticism AND honest praise. A 'nice' teacher who never scolds anyone and gives only easy assignments so everyone can pass, is not really doing their students any favors in the long term. A 'nice' teacher who lets their favorite students avoid detentions or expulsion even when they KNOW that student was guilty of rule-breaking is not doing a proper job. A 'mean' teacher who looks only to punish others without trying to figure out why disruptive behavior occurs is not a good teacher either. There are also 'mean' teachers who punish everyone by association, when only a small group were at fault. But at the same time, a 'mean' teacher who flunks someone for cheating on a test or refusing to take proper notes in class is only being 'mean' from the lazy student's perspective. I see too many films and TV shows where the teaching staff fall into generic adversarial roles. I also see a few shows where the teacher is praised for being friendly to the students, even though they don't offer a challenging curriculum. It was really great to see Monsters University subvert those trends. That is a splendid way to look at it. She is the perfect example of a balanced character.

He seems really pretentious to me, like he would give the most generic answers to his fave songs, like The Beatles(who are literal Beatles) and I agree, he would like classical, music with no lyrics maybe even have a taste for Opera (Since I imagine he was dragged to many shows as a kid... or maybe he would hate it with a passion for that reason?) OMG Opera? Now imagine him in privacy singing or well attempting to singing in privacy

This could just be because I'm still a kid, but I don't really have a problem with Mater. I can agree that he can be annoying sometimes, and even though I honestly don't really care for that movie, he's still my favorite character in the franchise. And I can't see why adults wouldn't like him either, I mean he's Larry the Cable Guy for god's sake, who doesn't think Larry is funny, right? Excellent point there. Laarry the Cable Guy is hilarious.

Claire: *shrugs* Ask one of your fraternity brothers. Maybe they know." "You should clean more Roy, this place is really unhygienic" Johnny tip toes around Pizza Box's "Were never going to find Claire's choker under all this junk" "Really? I disagree Jawington." Roy says as he picked up an empty lipstick container. "Umm Claire this yours or is it..." Roy stares at Johnny. "Is this yours Jawington."

I can understand Waternoose's power due to his body, but Randall, he doesn't even have muscle. XD What is this, Dragon Ball Z? Wait speaking of that, if I had to guess how strong they are by power level (DBZ strength measure) I would guess: Sulley: 89 Waternoose: 117 Randall: 154 Oh, can't forget Mike! Wazowski: 9852 mike is our lord and savior fo course his power level exceeds all of the rest

Maybe it's because he was invisible. I mean he was taking Sulley unexpectedly, if someone throws a random punch out of nowhere it's probably gonna have more affect than if you can see it coming Maybe Randall has some snake qualities...like when he was chocking Sull he was all wrapped around his neck, like a snake strangling its pray lol Like a snake he could look pretty defenseless, but his muscles are actually really strong. well he has to have some. reptiles all do have similar feautres

But you also gotta admit that Waternoose also looks strong himself. I mean he did hit SUlley at one point with quite the amount of force
