Pinocchio is hands down my favorite Classic disney movie. I really want to read the book, too :3 Yay, good to see another fan! seems like Pinocchio gets beat on for being "dark", I don't see that really. A lot of the earlier Disney animations had these elements...just a sign of the times. The book really is a lot grimmer than the Disney adaption, do recommend it though The bit with the whale scare be to death as a kid haha it was legit terrifying.

I'm not so sure about that. I've spent sleepless night trying to simply find a t-shirt with Randall on it, but I couldn't even find one. Instead I found a good three dozen different T's with Mike and Sulley alone on them. A lot of the shirt even looked pretty similar to each other with very minuscule differences. If they have enough room to make a bazillion different t-shirts that all look alike, I'm sure they could make a shirt with Randall or two on them. It's just cheaper to make a few shirts with over used Mike and Sulley poses on them, rather then investing in more vectors and designs for lesser know characters. Kids want who they recognize unfortunately, so there wont be much demand for Johnny or Randall stuff Without adding fuel to the fire I have to say kids go nuts for Randall. Randall and Mike seem very popular with very young children in England at least, I'm talking 2 - 5 year olds.

I like all of them except Cars 2 (I actually liked the first one). My top picks are Wall-E, Finding Nemo and Ratatouille ^_^ I also have a soft spot for The Bug's Life, as it is the first Pixar movie I had seen i actually haven't seen A Bug's Life. Guess I forgot about that one :T Oh my gosh I really recommend it! I was to young to go see it in the cinema but I remember waking up the day it came out and finding my dad had gone down to the store at opening time to buy it for me and my brother and I got the day off of school to watch it. It's very good also you see Randalls trailer in one part.

I'm far from expecting or even wanting redemption for him. I just want him to be in there because I like him the best. Even a funny cameo will please me PFFTT who am I kidding even if they mention him I will be pleased. That's not to say I won't go and see the movie if he's not in it because I still love Monsters as a whole he just happens to be my favorite because... I don't even know why. ohhh man, you don't need to worry about that I don't think XD I am sure Randall will be in it, its like a trend they set up now, I bet George will make an appearance too, and Roz of course. I would not mind Randy getting as much time as he had in MI. I actually just had this idea where they make a human the villain.. so maybe Randall will be nicer, I am just not sold on him making thw power trio, no matter how satisfying and lovely the art/fanfics are of it *u* I was the same way with Kung fu panda 2 (or at least I will be once the next movie gets out!!) any mention of Shen will have me climbing the walls XD Though I don't have much hope for him returning U_U But I did buy the DS game, only because he was mentioned! I'm so interested to see what will happen if there is a third movie. I don't really understand pixar they miss out on so much merch money by not putting the favorites on offer. It's not just us that loves Randall either kids are nuts for him for some reason, they could really make a killing from him and they must know this, they are on tumblr and must see that his products sell really well. Personally I think they might be kicking themselves from pushing Art to much, it seems they really had him pinned as a favorite and from what I can see kids and adults loved Mike Randy Johnny and the perry twins the best. Even George is more popular than Art. Then again I think they also missed out on the first movie by not making more merch with Roz as people freaking love her. My point being Pixar does the randomest things so I don't think we will have any idea as to what they are actually gonna do until they do it but I have full faith that they will make the movie great and then totally eff up the merchandising haha

To be honest he actually got quite a bit of screen time in MI I know this because I can't put the freaking thing on and get on with another task because Randall keeps popping up and distracting me, not only that but he actually was kinda a massive plot point in the first one and like others have said he didn't even need to be in MU but for some reason he still is. I know Randall got a lot of screen time in MI, he was the main antagonist after all and got the amount of screen time you would expect from the villain, and most if not all of his scenes were based around the fact that he was near Mike and Sulley at the time, which were the characters the cameras were following(figuratively). He was still not marketed nearly as much, I know because I break my back looking for Randall stuff and its not easy, yet you could get just about anything with Mike and Sulley, I have Mike and Sulley tooth brush's they are just that 'whored out' for lack of a better word lol MU had a lot of cameo's, and Randall did fatten the plot. Him being in it was not surprising, and he still had less screen time, which tells me he might just be getting phased out, like they are answering unanswered questions now so the next movie can have a new antagonist focus (If they even have an Anatagonist, since It could easily turn into an adventure, road trip movie where the elements are the 'antagonists') If there is a third movie with a villain then I think either Randall will be the main Villain again, or only have a cameo (maybe from jail, or he made a cozy living on some beach(this is a children's comedy after all) and will give a little insight on maps or humans, then be written out. But again this is only what I think, I wont be mad if Randall does find some sort of redemption, I am just cautious about how they would work a plot like that, not that they couldn't or wont.

Best waste of money ever. Giant Mike is my favorite. Also my college notebook which was a gift from my best friend And these hella cute socks. I like the Sulley ones the best, I wore them to work and the kids went nuts. I gave Art to my brother .... Sorry Art. I also have Randall and Sulley Disney infinity but everyone knows what they look like. (I FREAKING WANT ELSA SO BAD)

The thing that confuses me with Randall is he is SUCH a douche but then in tiny parts he talks to people really casually like people forget the bit where he's just talking to Fungus like a friend when he's carrying the box or the bit where for some reason he believes Mike about the guy at station 6.
In conclusion my professional opinion is that Randall is a really terrible villain... I don't mean his character I mean he literally sucks at being a criminal if you ask me. He basically just effed the whole thing up, WHO THE HECK LEAVES AN ACTIVE DOOR ALONE TO GO DO.... Whatever the heck he swaggered off to do, when you have so much at stake. No wonder Waternoose was hella pissed at him he messed every single bit up I don't think there is one single time in the whole movie where he manages to actually do anything.... If someone played comical music behind him the entire movie I think we would all see him in a very different light.

I also feel like if Pixar were to make a third MI movie, Randall wouldn't be in it much. But I'm not really for Randall being redeemed. I mean after the whole Scare Games thing, he became pretty obsessed with Sulley and wanted to get payback after all those years. I mean, he probably had so much hatred for him and it just grew and grew as years went on. It's like Vlad from Danny Phantom, if anyone knows about that show. In college, something happened to make him become obsessed with his once best friend and he had so much hatred and wanted to prove he was the better one. I mean, the guy tried to kill him time after time. Randall even tried killing Sulley; in ways those two characters are really alike. That's how I see Randall. So having redemption to me just wouldn't work. And with Mike and Sulley's long friendship, there really is no room for Randall, honestly. lol I don't think he will be in it much, the MU/MI films are marketed mainly with Mike and Sulley as a duo, I don't think they would stray from that path, I am guessing the nexed film will be equally about the two, or they will do another Sulley movie, with the intention of repeating the pattern. I think Randall will be in a new film for the same amount of time as in MU, a small side plot, maybe less. If they wanted to do a three group franchise they missed their opportunity, Randall was never marketed as heavily as Sulley or Mike, and even in the infinity set hes sold with the Villains, I think he may return as the Villain again. I agree with you here, its not that people (or monsters) can't make more friends, its more a marketing thing, Sull and Mike are on everything together, backpacks, notebooks, everything. It would just be an odd strategy for him to be added so late in the game, and all the merch with him being villainy would instantly be out dated.

I think that's great and I understood all of it, I kinda want to add on to this. Considering that Sulley was pretty lazy in MU, he's not really use to having a lot of responsibility and decided he would downgrade so he could help Mike with his laughs and let someone else run the show. So the MI board hires this guy who is a real hardass despite working in a laugh factory. Everyone in the factory is really intimidated by him, except Mike and Sulley, who still try to make the work place fun. Irritated, the bossman tries to get them fired, but the board won't let him because they are one of the best works in the buisness, so he banishes them instead and tries to make it look like it was an accident. And then you pretty much covered the rest But I have to say for Randall, I always thought he would make a great laugher. To let you in on my little secret, I always thought that if he did come back, he could work as a laugher for babies by playing peck-a-boo with them since he can turn invisible and stuff :T Thats a good idea! Also the peek a boo thing is fricking adorable. I did have another idea for what their jobs would be in the end but it involves Sulley still being a CEO. Basically I was thinking maybe near the end of the movie Randall makes a flippant comment about it's a shame no one scares anymore as some kids are real brats (Kind of like how Mike puts the idea for laugh energy in Sulleys head without even realizing). So Sulley makes 2 floors one a laugh floor for nice kids and the other a scare floor for mean bullies (Maybe the nasty kid from toy story could make a cameo lol) Mike works as the number 1 comedian Randall as a scarer again (He finally gets to be number 1) and Sulley as a big successful CEO. If Randall did become a comedian though it would be so funny to see him getting trained by Mike or Fungus, I doubt he would be to enthusiastic haha I have way to many ideas unfortunately I rarely get to let them out as I don't do fanfiction.

You Really think so, cuz honestly, I havn't really figured out a reason for why Randall would actually help them, that's just how I pictured it in my head *shrug* I've actually thought about that a LOT. And here's what I've come up with; Maybe Sulley and Mike go to the human world after finding her missing from her old bedroom. They go through a new door to where they think she may be ( Who knows maybe the new villain told them that she was tracked to this door and then sabatoges the door to make sure they don't come back) They find Randall and by now he's caught on to the tricks of surviving in the human world so in agreement they ask him to help them survive back to a door they know will be active and in return they let him come back with them. I hope that all made sense. The tear jerky bit could be he starts to trust them and gets worried that when they eventually do make it back he's gonna be thrown straight in jail, Sulley promises he won't let that happen and then when they do get back despite his best efforts Randall gets taken to jail making him untrusting again until he needs to help them with the new bad guy ( he still cares for them after their adventure in the human world) Que Randall jail break he goes to help Sulley and Mike maybe Boo with CDA/cops following him and the bad guy is stopped/arrested. The CDA/cops see that Randall isn't an asshole and Sulley manages to convince them that he shouldn't be jailed/re banished. Sulley goes back to being CEO, Mike is a comedia....... Randall opens a cake shop called 'Be my pal cupcakes'...LOL that's a joke but it could be cute. I'm sure none of that made sense but I'm a very bored person and have thought about this junk waaaaaayyyyy to much.

For me it's all about the old classics; Sinatra, Elvis, Fats Domino, Buddy Holly. Sinatra is especially special to me as me and my Granddad used to listen to him in the car whenever we went anywhere, he is also the inspiration behind my little gecko baby's name. i Actually kind of like some music from the 1920s and 30s. I don't really know why, but i thinks is because I like everything in the past. Generations before this one really interest me sometimes. This one you may find interesting I love showing this one to people who are interested in old music it usually either blows their mind or leaves them with a wtf face. Lol
