It would be 9:00 pm, if you can't make it at that time I can always set up one for another time or if it's ok with everyone, change when it's going to happen tommarow.

It look's like people did came, but at the wrong time, I said 1 PM eastern US Coastal time after all. XDD I think it would help if we tried again some other time, next Saturday probably. XD

It means the time zone in the eastern part of the United States.
If it helps, I looked it up and it turns out your 5 hours ahead of me. I found it through typing "time from eastern coast USA to united kingdom" on Google.
