Yeah, I don't think Olaf would want to be around without Elsa.
Of course, if Elsa found someone and had a kid with ice powers (or if one of Anna's kids was born with ice powers), maybe they could keep freezing Olaf and he could become the royal companion or something.

I've noticed that the plots of both MU and MI run off of a ton of things that could never happened (or could have happened differently), and if they didn't it would change huge portions of the plots. I kind of want to discuss them. Moments in MU that could have never happened. - Young Mike could have never tried to sneak onto the scare floor.
- Young Mike could have been caught while in the child's room with Frank McCay, either by Frank himself or the humans.
- Mike could have never been Randy's roommate.
- Mike could have never told Randy to take off his glasses. Alternately, someone else could have told him to take off his glasses, or he decided to take off his glasses himself.
- Sulley could have never shown up late to class.
- Sulley could have never stolen Archie in his attempt to rush ROR.
- Sulley could have tried to hide from Fear Tech somewhere else.
- Mike could have never helped Sulley catch Archie.
- Sulley could have joined a different fraternity, or decided not to be in a fraternity at all.
- Mike and Sulley could have never started to fight, which would have left the Dean's scare canister intact.
- Dean Hardscrabble could have given Mike and Sulley a less harsh punishment, or a much, much worse one.
- Mike could have never rushed OK and never made it to the scare games. Same with Sulley.
- Hardscrabble could have never accepted Mike's challenge.
- JOX could have never cheated, leading to OK's elimination.
- OK's library strategy could have failed.
- OK (or any other frat or sorortity) could have been eliminated before the last event.
- ROR could have never pulled a prank on OK.
- OK could have never gone to the party.
- ROR's prank could have messed up.
- ROR could have been punished for their prank.
- ROR could have decided that posting pictures of "Cute-ma Kappa" all over campus wasn't worth it.
- Chet could have never teased Mike about the "big leagues", which would mean that Mike never took OK on the "field trip."
- Johnny could have never taunted Mike about the Mail Room.
- OK could have gotten arrested during the "field trip".
- Any of the scares in the final event could have gone differently.
- Sulley's roar could have never knocked Randy off the wall.
- Johnny could have forgiven Randy for his mistake.
- Sulley could have never chosen to cheat for Mike. Continuing off this, Hardscrabble could have been impressed by OK's results anyway and let them in the scaring program.
- Mike could have never found out that Sulley cheated.
- Hardscrabble could have never found out that Sulley cheated.
- Mike could have never decided to go to the human world.
- Mike could have gone through a different door, which could possibly be easier or harder.
- Hardscrabble could have never shut off the area around the door.
- Don could have failed to distract Hardscrabble so that Sulley could retrieve Mike.
- Sulley could have never gone to retrieve Mike.
- Someone else could have gone to retrieve Mike.
- Someone could have come with Sulley to retrieve Mike.
- Sulley could have never found Mike.
- Mike and/or Sulley could have been killed by humans.
- Mike and Sulley could have failed to power the door.
- Hardscrabble could have never turned off the door.
- Roz and/or the CDA could have decided that keeping an eye on Mike and Sulley wasn't worth it.
- Hardscrabble could have let Mike and Sulley stay.
- Hardscrabble could have decided to not let the OKs into the scaring program.
- Sulley could have never made Mike stop the bus.
- Mike could have never brought up the mail room.
- The Abominable Snowman could have never tampered with the mail, and he wouldn't have been there to save Mike and Sulley in the Himalayas.
- Mike and Sulley could have never been promoted to scarers.
- Mike and Sulley could have been placed on a different scare floor than Randall.
- The OK brothers could have been placed on a scare floor where Mike and Sulley would work.
- Laugh energy could have been discovered at any point in this movie (highly unlikely).
Moments that could never have happened in between the movies. - Mike could have never started a relationship with Celia.
- Waternoose could have never decided that the scream extractor was a good option.
- Randall and/or Fungus could have refused to help with the scream extractor at any point during it's construction. This could have lead to consequences for them, and possibly even lead to Waternoose approaching someone else.
- Randall could have decided to work at a different scaring company.
- Laugh energy could have been discovered during this time.
- The scream extractor could have been assembled incorrectly.
Moments that could have never happened in Monster's Inc. - Mike could have remembered to file his paperwork.
- Mike could have decided to do something different for Celia's birthday.

- Mike could have never left Celia behind.
- The photographer could have never caught Mike in the picture which would later be on the front page.
- Boo could have never laughed in the monster world.
- Boo's hood could have fallen back at any point.
- Roz could have decided to give Mike the card for Boo's door. Alternately, she would have given it to him, but unfortunately the card was already in Randall or Fungus's possession.
- Randall or Fungus could have never decided to read the newspaper that day.
- Randall and Fungus could have never had the discussion about Boo in the bathroom.
- Randall could have looked over and seen Mike, Sulley, and Boo hiding in the bathroom stall.
- Celia could have never gotten in a fight with Mike in front of Randall about the sushi restaurant.
- Randall could have never found Mike in the picture on the front page.
- Randall could have decided that Mike being there was just a coincidence and decided not to question him about Boo.
- Sulley could have never been stopped by the CDA agents for his autograph.
- Boo could have fallen into the trash compactor.
- Sulley could have put Boo back during the lunch break.
- Randall could have never revealed what he was really up to.
- Sulley could have never arrived on time to save Mike.

- Mike could have missed Randall's head.
- Celia could have never caused people to swarm around Randall.
- Mike, Sulley, Randall, and/or Boo could have fallen at any point during the door chase.
- Randall could have decided not to gloat, and would have killed Sulley before Boo could react.
- Boo could have been too scared to attack Randall.
- Mike and Sulley could have decided not to banish Randall.
- Boo could have laughed when they were trying to power up her door.
- Mike could have never had the sock that he threw at the CDA.
- Waternoose could have never fallen for Sulley's trap.
- The CDA could have decided that Sulley could visit Boo whenever he wished.
- Mike and Sulley could have forgotten about how Boo's laughs produced a ton of power.
I'm sure there's a ton more.
So, what do you guys think? (I'm actually not quite sure why I made this topic. I was bored and thinking of AUs.)

I figure it's about time I add to this topic. If Randall were to be redeemed, I think the main antagonist of that movie would be probably be: - Trying to revive scream energy for whatever reason (they think scaring more fun and/or less degrading, they want a return to the good old days, etc.)
- Trying to wipe out humans for whatever reason (terrorism, they think humans are annoying, they want to throw a wrench in MI's operation, etc.)
- Both of the above.
The antagonist could also quite possibly be Waternoose too, either trying any of the above and/or trying to get back at Randall for messing the whole scream extractor plot.
Really, the plots of both MI and MU run off of many things that could have never happened, so I think the plot would start due to one of these things.
Even if Randall were to help Sulley or Mike out though, I think he wouldn't be likely to become friends. Although, a scene where both he and Mike are trapped in a situation that looks like it will lead to their demise would be interesting - especially if Randall asks Mike if they can try to be friends again if they get out of there. (Cue someone getting them out of there right after Mike gives his answer.)

I think Fungus will eventually die of complications caused by the effects of the scream extractor. Over the years, he'd notice it's getting harder and harder for him to breathe, and goes to the doctor. There, he'd learn that the scream extractor permanently damaged his lungs, and that it's getting worse. Fungus would then do his best not to let it bother him, but eventually it would get so bad he'd have a coughing fit in the middle of the laugh floor and have no choice but to retire. After a while he'd have to use an oxygen tank just so he can breathe, and he'd pass away about 5 or 6 years after his retirement. Lol! Not sure I would want to have a character dying due to Mike, Randall and Sulley :X I would never be able to look at them the same way. Defiantly like the idea though, its clever, related to the movie and super angst! Well, I also have the headcanon that nobody was quite sure what the scream extractor would do to whoever was strapped into it. I think Fungus would forgive Sulley for it, though. After all, neither he nor Sulley really knew knew what was going to happen, and Sulley was only trying to save his friend. I actually have a bunch of scream extractor headcanons, which I've written in tiny font so you don't have to be subjected to it. (Does ProBoards have a spoiler BBcode? I'll use that instead if I can.) Here's basically how I think the scream extractor works: It rushes air past the vocal cords, creating screams. The way Fungus was subjected to it was incorrect - to use it correctly, someone would have to turn it off occasionally to allow the victim to catch their breath, and to remove the canisters from the extractor. The one in the movie was probably a prototype, and later extractors would automatically turn off once all the canisters were full.
If someone were left on the scream extractor long enough, their vocal cords would have probably been damaged (possibly rendering them mute), and if they were left longer they would succumb to oxygen deprivation and pass out. If they were taken off the extractor at this point they would be able to survive without any brain damage.(I'm sorry if this is really dark, I've thought too much about this.)

Hm, I just thought of this one. It's about Randall's eating patterns. I think he needs to be in a relatively warm environment to be able to properly digest his food, like a bearded dragon. Because of this, he tends to eat less during the winter, to the point where he'll lose a couple pounds. If it's cold and he has a full stomach, he gets really antsy and uncomfortable.

Okay, I'll admit that I had this random headcanon before I watched Monster's Inc that Fungus would have a really squeaky-sounding voice. His actual canon voice is a freaking baritone compared to my (now-disproved) headcanon one.

Sonia: Zombie Humans 2. The new director really improved the plot, and the new cast was way better at acting.
Professor Knight, what's your favorite childhood memory?

Assuming that Monstropolis is somewhere near MU, it's probably somewhere that doesn't get much snow, since on the poster for the scare games says final registration for it was on January 25th. However, based on the fact that the trees still drop leaves, it still experiences seasons. If I had to guess, I'd guess either Virgina or the Carolinas.
Of course, I don't know what the geography of the monster world looks like or how the trees work, so for all I know, it could be in a place we would consider the tropics. It could have also been unseasonably warm during MU.
I do like the idea of Monstropolis being near the ocean, though.

"That's my problem?" He rolled his eyes, still leaning on the wall as the others made themselves useful. "Mike, Mike?" Randall yells frantically as he lifts and throws greasy pizza boxes and dirty clothes, "Have any of you guys seen Mike? I would image a monster that small might get lost in this piling chaos." Claire's eyes widened, and she started to toss things aside with her poker. "Crap, he probably did get lost. Mike? If you can hear us, yell or something!"
