CDA cooperates with an analogous human agency. Bonus headcanon for conspiracy-lovers: NSA spies on the entire internet so that it can prevent kids from sharing monsters' photos and videos they captured with their smartphones. (I mean, come on, Youtube must be monsters' nightmare by now!)

Interesting headcanon... XDD Yeah, I've heard plenty of theories about the CDA being corrupt one way or another.
I'd contribute my own headcanon, but I honestly never gave it much thought due to preferring to go on canon evidence for my opinions. However, I will say this: in my headcanon, Randall's main target of hostility switches from Sulley to Mike by MI because, while he still hates Sulley for what happened at the Scare Games, Sulley's calmer, more considerate personality starts to show in Randall's eyes, at least enough to try to act civilized toward him when possible. Call it a growing realization that maybe Sulley wasn't who he thought he was.

Mine: I think Monsters must smell naturally pleasing (at least to humans), otherwise they wouldn't try to "improve" their scent by using odorents. Also, their teeth must be naturally whitish in color, otherwise there wouldn't have been an ad at the back of the Fearbook for monsters to get their teeth yellowed. So, naturally good-smelling and naturally white teeth? There seems to be a lot of opposites in the monster world when comparing it to our human living. So, unlike humans, monsters naturally smell good (or have no smell at all, maybe) and have white teeth. Wow. I actually really like that one. The monster bush their teeth every morning and night just to get rid of the white, and then they only take showers to get rid of the good smell. MINED BLOWN * O * It all makes sense now . That's a really good one.

Good point about "odorent", indeed. I remember that bit in one of the locker room scenes in MI, though the name of the substances was likely meant as a joke.

It happened with George in the first comic though. XD

Okay, I'll admit that I had this random headcanon before I watched Monster's Inc that Fungus would have a really squeaky-sounding voice. His actual canon voice is a freaking baritone compared to my (now-disproved) headcanon one.

roz is SO TERRIBLE with technology. when the cda get smartphones ms flint always has to remind her to "TURN THE PHONE AROUND" so the camera would face her. she's like a grandma. ms flint has to repeatedly show her how to send an email.

Hm, I just thought of this one. It's about Randall's eating patterns. I think he needs to be in a relatively warm environment to be able to properly digest his food, like a bearded dragon. Because of this, he tends to eat less during the winter, to the point where he'll lose a couple pounds. If it's cold and he has a full stomach, he gets really antsy and uncomfortable.

Instead of cosplaying specific characters, monsters are more likely to cosplay a member of a group with a uniform. It's mostly because some main characters don't wear clothes at all.

I have a headcanon that Percy likes to use cologne to impress the ladies. And it backfires on him, right? Oh, my headcannon on Percy is that he and Violet of EEK are related. I know, it must be what everyone headcanons but I want to spill it for we are like talking on Percy here.

Scare students will play hide-and-seek on their downtime to help for hiding in actual scare situations.

Randall's camouflage stops working very well if he gets sunburned. Instead of turning red, his skin turns paler and he usually starts shedding.

I have a Terry-Terri Headcanon that the twins are the middle child of their family with two younger sisters (non-conjoined twins) and two elder sisters (also non-conjoined twins.)
