To prevent spam and getting off topic, here we can talk about whatever comes to mind. Topics are always changing so there's no risk of getting off topic.
So whatever comes to mind that you want to share, talk about it here. It can be whatever; just as long as it doesn't relate too much to previous and future threads.

Oh man you mean you didn't? It's a good experience. I just kind of regret not seeing Monsters Inc in theatres myself- especially when they were re-showing it. There's just something about a cinema experience. Still if you round up some friends to see it or do a stream it can also be a lot of fun too.

I regret not seeing it twice in theaters omg I had the chance, and nothing. But at least with it premiering on TV and the DVD out, we can watch it whenever and annoying everyone. At least, that's what I do. >.>

I saw the movie in theaters. Interestingly enough, it was with another Randall fan of a friend I mostly know online. It was only our second get-together as offline friends, and I did have to travel through a few states to meet up with him, but I felt it was worth it.

I watched MU three times in the cinema, two of them all by myself.

Some day if there is ever a third monster movie I wonder if they'd ever do a mass showing of all three movies after one another- maybe not in how they were made but say MU first and then MI etc. Heck they should probably do the same idea with the toy story trilogy. Then again as a family movie that might not work out too well... kids needed to use the restroom more often and all.
/awkward silence.
Moving on.
I kind of want to get the special two disc dvd for MU but I haven't acquired it yet. For MI I have two copies of the dvd- the collectors edition is one I keep at home (well my parents house), the single disc I take with me if I'm travelling away somewhere- like say when I was in university or whatever.

polkadots, I have the iTunes edition of the movie. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a commentary track, and it only had some special features, but better than nothing.

I need to order both movies from somewhere, I think. Amazon maybe. The ones sold here (which I have of course) have zero bonus material, and that sucks so hard... The only bonus feature on my MI dvd is a multi-language scene from the movie, and the only one on the MU disc is 'the blue umbrella'.

I have actually never downloaded anything on itunes myself. But yeah I aim to get the special stuff some day.
I actually don't have all of Pixar's dvds in general. I have however in recent months gained a new appreciation for Brave. I know it's few people's favourite but I think ultimately it was pretty damn realistic in the mother's case for one thing and I liked her a lot as a character. It's one of those films which can grow on you with further viewings. I guess I would say I wish they'd used Merida's bow skills- making them be more useful besides fishing but apart from that I actually have few complaints? Though maybe this is more a topic for the Pixar board.
