It's hard to choose, because he's done so many roles (besides Mike Wazowski) but I really like him as Mitch Robbins in City Slickers.
*spoilers? It's an old movie.* He's struggling with alot of complicated emotions but he's still a good-hearted man and a loyal friend. He's completely out of his element on the cattle drive, at first, but he and the dude ranch owner Curly slowly gain and understanding and even a bit of respect for each other after Mitch has to help deliver a baby calf, Norman.
Ohmygosh, the scenes with Mitch and Norman are just so sweet! I have to admit, the first time I saw it, I was worried Norman would be hurt or killed when he got swept up in the river but Mitch managed to save him. The ending with Mitch returning from vacation and being just so thrilled to see his family again is really cute too.
Billy Crystal does reprise his role in City Slickers 2 but unfortunately the sequel is not as good. Still I recommend City Slickers as a great family film with vivid characters and a good blend of serious and comedic moments.

The Princess Bride for me (which was referenced in MU). Granted, he didn't have a HUGE role in the movie, but still. XD

I have to admit though, it's a bit strange if you're looking away from whatever you're watching and you just hear Mike Wazowski all of a sudden. That's what happened when I watched Jay Leno's last episode of the Tonight Show.

Likewise, I have the book as well. Specifically the edition that came out just after the 1987 movie did. Yeah, Crystal's voice is certainly somewhat unique, at least to me. XD If the voice of Mike in Disney Infinity was someone else (which I noticed was the case for Randy), then that's a VERY impressive impersonation. XD

'When Harry met Sally' I love that film so much! But I also love 'Throw mamma from the train' it's so funny. Billy Crystal is one of my favorite actors he's just good in everything also he's hella fine in 'when Harry met Sally' Just saying.

Howl's Moving Castle for me. IDK if that counts but that is the only one I've seen/heard him in. *shrug*
